Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the use of Hirefoster by Zedi, a recruitment agency. Hirefoster by Zedi is the recruitment arm of Zedi ("Company"). By using the Hirefoster by Zedi website, taking the talent test or creating campaigns, you ("User" or "You") agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.

1Acceptance of Terms

1.1.By accessing the Website, taking the talent test or creating campaigns, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately cease using the Website.

The Company reserves the right to modify or update this Agreement at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Website after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.

2Hirefoster by Zedi Services

2.1.The company is in the business of talent management and outsourcing.

2.2.The company connects growth, sales, and marketing talents to businesses.

2.3.Services offered on the platform include, but are not limited to, immediate recruitment, assessment-based hiring, CV/LinkedIn reviews, job application services for those seeking to relocate ("Apply For Me"), and various training programs.

2.4.Employers can use the platform for immediate recruitment needs or create job campaigns, which could be either private or public campaigns, using their own or Hirefoster by Zedi’s provided assessments.

Talents can access job opportunities, take tests, and utilize additional services designed to enhance employability and career progression.

User Obligations

3.1.You must be at least 18 years old to take our talent test. The Company disclaims any liability for Users under the age of 18.

3.2.You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to maintain the accuracy of this information.

You agree not to use the Hirefoster by Zedi Website for any illegal, unauthorized, or improper purposes, including but not limited to transmitting any harmful or disruptive content or engaging in fraudulent activities.

Intellectual Property

4.1.The Hirefoster by Zedi Website and all its contents, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and audio or video clips, are the property of the Company or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works, or reverse engineer any part of the Hirefoster by Zedi Website without the express written permission of the Company.


Hirefoster by Zedi collects, stores, and uses personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By using the Website, you consent to the collection, storage, anduse of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer of Warranty

The Hirefoster by Zedi Website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.", "The Company does not warrant that the Website will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

7.1.To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Company be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Hirefoster by Zedi Website.

The Company's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the use of the Website shall not exceed the fees paid by you to the Company in the three months preceding the claim.


You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or in connection with your use of the Hirefoster by Zedi Website or violation of this Agreement.


9.1.This Agreement is effective until terminated by either party. You may terminatethis Agreement by discontinuing its use.

9.2.The Company may terminate this Agreement at any time without prior notice and without liability.

9.3.The company may terminate the agreement with the talent if they find him/her unfit for a role.

The company may terminate agreement with a client if they find him/her being a toxic boss.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.


If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the use of the Hirefoster by Zedi Website and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.

By using the Hirefoster by Zedi Website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
